inspection, automotive and medical lighting are unique in terms of
uniformity, directionality, homogeneity and energy-efficiency. In line
with the growth strategy for the European market we are looking for a
Business Development Manager DACH – Machine Vision (m/f/d) Ideally
living in (southern) Germany your goal is to develop and implement
sales strategies and drive growth in the DACH region. Your knowledge
of the industry and its players allows you to raise opportunities and
close deals. Join an innovative team as a key player where you can use
and promote your individual strengths in a profitable way ! Tasks
Identify, analyze and develop new business opportunities for our
client's Machine Vision segment. Develop and implement the sales
strategy for effective business growth and win new customers for
standardized and customized products. Maintain a strong and successful
relationship with the customers in order to understand and anticipate
their future inspection equipment's needs and requirements. Interact
closely with the Field Application, Product Management and Marketing
team to share your market insights and to improve the product
portfolio. Manage, support and identify channel partners as well as
sell directly to end-customers and OEMs. Requirements 3+ years’
experience in business development, sales or marketing in the machine
vision industry. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
Physics, Marketing, Economics, or a related focus. Hands-on Experience
in direct selling to OEMs and Manufacturers or managing channel
partners is Dynamic and self-motivated personality, with an autonomous
and team-oriented attitude, a solid analytical ability and a technical
aptitude. Very good communication skills in German and English. You
