Stellenbeschreibung: Intro Role Overview-Part time/10-20 hours per week As a Bookkeeper , you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. This includes: Recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts Preparing basic financial reports Payroll Internal and external audits Ensuring compliance with Austrian tax regulations Key Skills Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., BMD, SAP, DATEV) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Knowledge of Austrian tax and accounting standards Organizational skills and ability to work independently Good command of German (English is a plus) Qualifications Completed accounting training ( Buchhalterprüfung ) or a degree in Accounting or Finance Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred Tasks Recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts Preparing basic financial reports Payroll Internal and external audits Ensuring compliance with Austrian tax regulations Requirements Knowledge of Austrian tax and accounting standards Benefits We can offer 10 hours per week or 20 hours per week. The salary will depend in the number of hours weekly.
