Take your next step toward a life-changing career! About the Role We are looking for a Bioprocess Account Manager (Germany Southwest, d/f/m) to drive customer success aligned with Cytiva’s strategy. You will own the overall customer relationship and be the primary contact between our company and customers. Your mission? To grow the business by understanding the market, recognizing customer needs, and leveraging our product portfolio. This position reports to the Bioprocess Territory Manager, Central South, and is part of the Central Bioprocess Sales Team. It’s a fully remote role, ideally suited for candidates located in Southwest Germany. What You Will Do Understand and map customer contacts within selected accounts, forming strong business relationships through regular field visits to grasp their challenges. Position Cytiva as a trusted partner aligned with our vision. Take personal responsibility for your budget by driving Cytiva's commercial positioning and actively seeking new business opportunities to accelerate growth. Engage sales specialists in designing and executing account business plans, playing a key role in fostering effective teamwork within a complex matrix sales environment. Support business development and marketing initiatives in the field to enhance market share within allocated accounts. Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities within your designated territory using sales tools and applications. Who You Are Bachelor's Degree in Science or Business, or equivalent experience. At least five years of sales experience with a proven track record as a Life Science Sales Representative or Sales Manager. Deep understanding of Bioprocess customers' needs and business drivers, using this knowledge to develop effective account plans and strategies. A self-starter who can manage time effectively, organize, and prioritize workload. Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork and communication abilities. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel up to 70% of the time. A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Bonus Points If You Have Business market knowledge. Strong negotiation skills for price agreements. Experience with systems and tools like Sales Force and QlikSense. Why Join Cytiva?
