Stellenbeschreibung: Compliance360° helps financial institutions and other organizations to develop proactive approaches to compliance and customer due diligence (CDD). Our services include KYC & AML screening, outsourced compliance services, compliance management software databases and Co-Pilot for effective onboarding. Compliance360°™ is registered with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property under registration number 778147 since March 15, 2022. Tasks Design and develop RESTful APIs to support the company's compliance management software, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, enhancing the overall user experience. Implement security and data protection measures to ensure that customer data and compliance information are securely handled and stored. Optimize application performance by conducting code reviews, debugging and implementing necessary improvements for efficiency. Participate in the development of automated testing and deployment processes to maintain high code quality and rapid release cycles. Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs using modern back-end technologies, such as Node.js, Python or Java. Strong understanding of database management systems and proficiency in working with SQL or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks, particularly KYC and AML processes, is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
