Then this role is perfect for you! Your tasks are as follows: Customer inquiries via email and phone are handled with care and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience. Provide customers with replacement orders, refunds, or general assistance. Monitor and analyze customer reviews across different channels. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction. Your profile You have a degree or relevant training in a related field (beneficial but not mandatory). You already have experience in customer support or a similar role (a plus but not required). You speak French and German on a excellent level, English is a plus. You are located in Berlin or willing to relocate for the job. You are proficient in customer support tools and software. You work in a structured and solution-oriented way. You have a proactive mindset and strong customer orientation. You excel at multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
