For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are currently seeking an Automation Test Engineer. Your Role: - Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and test cases for web and backend applications - Collaborate closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle - Identify, record, and thoroughly document bugs, and assist with root cause analysis - Create performance and load testing scripts to ensure scalable and reliable systems - Contribute to continuous improvements in testing processes and quality assurance workflows - Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to test planning and estimation Your Profile: - Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3–6 years of experience in test automation - Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG) - Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps - Solid understanding of QA methodologies, the software development lifecycle, and agile practices - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or REST-assured - Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail - Fluency in French and English is required What We Offer: - A dynamic, varied, and independent role where you can fully develop and apply your expertise - Competitive remuneration based on your education, experience, and skill set - Outstanding opportunities for professional development and growth - A supportive and flexible working environment that values work-life balance Die DEKRA Arbeit Gruppe ist Teil der DEKRA SE und seit Jahren einer der am stärksten wachsenden Personaldienstleister in ganz Europa.
