In deiner Rolle wirst du eine zentrale Unterstützung für unseren CEO sein und bei der Koordination von Projekten, der Organisation von Meetings und der Verwaltung täglicher Aufgaben helfen. Lass uns gemeinsam die Zukunft der Softwareentwicklung gestalten! Aufgaben Keep the CEO's schedule organized and remind them of important meetings or deadlines. Handle communication on behalf of the CEO, including emails and phone calls. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for company meetings. Support the CEO in various research tasks and special projects as needed. Qualifikation Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage the CEO's schedule and tasks efficiently. English necessary German necessary Proficiency in using office software and tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling applications. Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role Benefits Student/part-time job about 20 hours a week Purely remote Flexible timing starting 15€/h
