Your Responsibilities at OPmobility: - Ensuring smooth production processes and high availability of equipment and machinery - Supporting and reporting to the Supervisor in daily operations - Ensuring compliance with standardized work procedures - Monitoring, improving, and optimizing processes regarding quality, output, and 5S standards - Applying Quality Basics, at minimum for first-off inspections, self-inspections, and final inspections - Training employees and onboarding new team members - Monitoring production materials - Ensuring customer quality requirements are met - Operating machines and working at individual workstations - Packing and labeling customer containers according to existing work and inspection instructions What You Bring: - Completed vocational training - 2–3 years of professional experience in a plastics processing company - Good manual and technical skills - A true team player with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities - Proficient in Windows XP, Word, Excel and SAP - German language skills (spoken and written) are required; additional languages are a plus What OPmobility Offers You: - Relocation support / financial assistance if moving to Sterbfritz - A secure job in a future-oriented company - Permanent employment contract - Flexible working hours: Flextime starting at 60-hour time credit - Above-average vacation allowance (30 days) - Annual bonus payment (13th salary) - Attractive shift premiums for night and weekend work - €100 weekend bonus - A collaborative team, flat hierarchies, and modern equipment - Opportunities for further training and professional development - Structured onboarding process - Good accessibility and free parking We look forward to receiving your application and will connect you directly with your future employer.
