We are looking for people who want to create more — a large-scale European project born in Ukraine. We are currently looking for a full-time Area Manager of Mini Branches Expansion in Nova Post Germany Tasks Lead the expansion of the mini-branch network by identifying new locations, coordinating launches, and ensuring smooth operational setup. Build and maintain strong partnerships through effective negotiations, agreement management, and stakeholder communication. Oversee service quality and ensure full compliance with company standards and procedures. Manage and support on-site teams through regular meetings, performance oversight, and operational coordination. Monitor network KPIs and implement timely corrective and improvement measures. Handle non-standard client cases and initiate operational adjustments, including transport schedule optimization. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive further network growth. Requirements Proven experience in business expansion and launching new locations. Strong business negotiation skills. Experience in partner acquisition and contract management. German — B1+ (required). English — B2+ (a strong advantage).
