For our client, a well-known international energy company, we are looking for an Application Manager (m/w/d) Procurement / Ivalua to start as soon as possible. The position is part-time with 32 hours per week and is to be filled within the framework of temporary employment. It is possible to work 100% from home , apart from 2 days per month when the team meets at the Düsseldorf office. You speak English fluently , have experience in purchasing and supplier relationship management , and are very familiar with Ivalua ? Then you've come to the right place with our client. SRM 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting Commence onboarding in Ivalua Perform registration and qualification in the system Support suppliers in providing / updating required information / documents Provide Ivalua system usage support for suppliers Coordination with other departments participating in the Onboarding workflow Escalation via Supplier Owner / Team Lead in case of missing feedback / process blocks Create fundament for ticket creation 2.
