Stellenbeschreibung: We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst Manager to join our client’s dynamic finance team in Zurich. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving reporting processes, financial models, and automation efforts, while partnering closely with senior leadership on high-impact projects. What You’ll Do - Design and maintain advanced financial reporting and Excel-based models - Drive automation of weekly and monthly reporting tasks - Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis to support decision-making - Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment in reporting and process design - Act as a business partner to the FP&A Director and CFO - Support strategic initiatives including M&A and post-acquisition integration - Identify process improvements and opportunities for operational efficiency What You Bring - 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, reporting, or controlling - Strong accounting knowledge paired with a data-driven mindset - Background in transaction services or Big 4 advisory is a plus - Industry experience in energy, infrastructure, or renewables is an advantage - Familiarity with M&A processes is desirable - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Self-starter with a high level of motivation and reliability - Fluency in German and English is mandatory What We Offer - A highly visible role within a fast-paced, performance-driven finance team - Competitive compensation and opportunities for growth - A collaborative work culture focused on innovation and quality - Exposure to strategic business topics and large-scale transformation projects Die DEKRA Arbeit Gruppe ist Teil der DEKRA SE und seit Jahren einer der am stärksten wachsenden Personaldienstleister in ganz Europa.
