- About Salona Consulting Salona Consulting supports members of the
Croatian diaspora worldwide with the preparation of administrative
documentation for Croatian citizenship by descent. Our work focuses on
structured processes, accuracy, and high-quality documentation across
multiple jurisdictions. Role Overview We are looking for a reliable
and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Intern to support our
internal operations related to citizenship application preparation.
The role focuses on administrative document handling , data
consistency, and structured execution based on predefined internal
guidelines. Tasks Key Responsibilities Administrative Document Support
Prepare and format standardized application documents based on
internal templates, client-provided questionnaires, checklists and
SOPs Assist with the administrative preparation of required documents.
Data Accuracy & Consistency Transfer data accurately between documents
and forms Cross-check names, dates, and personal details against
official records Flag inconsistencies or missing information for
review Internal Process Support Organize files and prepare document
sets for internal review Follow internal workflows and quality
standards Support process improvements by documenting recurring issues
Requirements Profile & Requirements Required Strong organizational and
administrative skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to
follow structured instructions and repeatable processes Strong written
English Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive
personal data Nice-to-Have Administrative or academic background
Experience with structured documentation or forms Croatian language
skills (not required) Tools & Work Environment Microsoft 365 (Word,
Excel, SharePoint) for document preparation and data handling Clearly
documented internal SOPs, templates, and guidelines Secure document
management systems for handling sensitive client information
Structured checklists, trackers, and review workflows to ensure
accuracy and consistency Benefits A 6-month internship contract
(60–100%) in a growing international consultancy, with the
possibility of extension based on business needs and performance . The
