We would be delighted if you joined us at mrge as our new Your Tasks: Set up and optimize affiliate ad campaigns to meet daily goals. Manage the daily AdOps flow, ensuring reliable tracking and troubleshooting issues. Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve ad-serving problems. Analyze campaign performance using Business Intelligence tools, generating reports, and providing key insights to our account management teams. Ensure compliance with client and industry regulations. Assist in testing new ad formats and strategies to boost efficiency. Support senior team members in building strong relationships with our affiliate partners. Stay current with industry trends and best practices. Your Profile: Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing. Basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML or JavaScript is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A genuine eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing space.
