Intro Job Title : Account Executive Company : A Stealth Mode Startup (Backed by Top VC Funds in Germany) Location : Berlin, Germany (Office-based) Salary : €60-70k base, OTE €100k+ About Us We're a stealth mode startup in the construction materials industry, backed by some of the top venture capital funds in Germany. We're all about innovation, sustainability, and disrupting the status quo. Tasks The Role We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our team in Berlin. This is a full-time, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in managing client relationships, driving sales, and helping us expand in the fast-paced construction sector. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, presenting our solutions to prospective clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. What You’ll Be Doing Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Business Development : Identify and pursue new opportunities to drive revenue growth by presenting our innovative solutions. Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate deals and finalize contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships. Client Satisfaction : Make sure clients are happy, solve any problems, and ensure they get the most value from our products. Achieving Targets : Hit and exceed sales targets while managing deadlines and expectations. Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience in Sales, Business Development , and Relationship Management Knowledge of sales outreach strategies, particularly in a B2B context Strong negotiation and communication skills Experience managing client accounts or similar responsibilities A proven track record of hitting sales targets Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing , or a related field Fluency in English and German (B2 or better) Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : €60,000 - €70,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) : €100,000+ Additional perks and benefits available.
