revolutionize how construction materials are sourced, delivered, and

status quo. Tasks The Role We’re looking for a driven Account
Executive to join our team in Berlin. This is a full-time,
office-based role where you’ll play a key part in managing client
relationships, driving sales, and helping us expand in the fast-paced
construction sector. You’ll be responsible for generating new
business, presenting our solutions to prospective clients, negotiating
deals, and ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. What
You’ll Be Doing Client Management : Build and maintain strong
relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and
expectations exceeded. Business Development : Identify and pursue new
opportunities to drive revenue growth by presenting our innovative
solutions. Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate deals and finalize
contracts with a focus on long-term partnerships. Client Satisfaction
: Make sure clients are happy, solve any problems, and ensure they get
the most value from our products. Achieving Targets : Hit and exceed
sales targets while managing deadlines and expectations. Requirements
What We’re Looking For Experience in Sales, Business Development ,
and Relationship Management Knowledge of sales outreach strategies,
particularly in a B2B context Strong negotiation and communication
skills Experience managing client accounts or similar responsibilities
A proven track record of hitting sales targets Bachelor’s degree in
Business , Marketing , or a related field Fluency in English and
German (B2 or better) Benefits Compensation & Benefits Base Salary :
€60,000 - €70,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE) : €100,000+
