- Do you excel in business development? Do you combine strategic sales

for a proactive business development professional to make a lasting
impact in medical education. Our client, a growing international
company, connects healthcare professionals with the latest scientific
insights and best practices by providing world-class medical
educational events in on-site, hybrid, and virtual formats on a global
scale, as well as developing innovative products that enhance
communication between physicians and patients. To drive significant
market growth and expand our global footprint we are looking for an
ambitious, experienced and self-driven sales person. Located in the
new Vienna office (1090), you´ll be part of a growing international
team. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Market Expansion & Client
Acquisition: identifying, engaging, and securing new business
opportunities within the medical and pharmaceutical sectors Business
Development: generating new events and focus meetings (partnering with
renowned physicians and our project team) Full Sales Cycle Management:
from initial outreach to long-term client relationship management,
ensuring sustainable partnerships and high client satisfaction
Networking & Industry Engagement: at key industry events and medical
meetings, proactively building relationships with potential clients
and medical professionals of the industry Market Research & Process
Optimization: conducting competitive analysis, identifying emerging
market opportunities and implementing strategies to enhance business
growth Cross-Selling: our unique printed and digital educational
products Autonomous & Agile Work Style: high level of independence,
taking full ownership of client relationships, business outcomes and
strategic initiatives Your Profile: Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
with experience in international sales or business developent Positive
hand-on personality with exceptional communication, negotiation and
presentation skills Experience in prospecting, client acquisition, and
live sales engagements at industry events Fluency in English (company
language) Fluency in another European language is a strong asset
(German, French, Spanish, Italian or an Eastern European language)
Strong self-motivation and a structured, solution-oriented working
style Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and the US for
congresses and client meetings Very good CRM proficiency (Hubspot,
Salesforce etc) Although an established B2B network within the pharma
or healthcare industry is of advantage, newcomers to the industry are
welcome We Offer: an interesting activity in an innovative, dynamic
and appreciative work environment a competitive gross salary of
€57.000 per year plus performance-based commisson (in the 1st year,
a total salary of €80.000 can be expected) additional vacation days
over Chrismas time and New Year (company holiday until 06.01.) 1 day
