Account Executive role We’re hiring an Account Executive who’s
ready to go beyond selling - someone who wants to shape the future of
a category-defining company. This is a high-impact, foundational role
that reports directly to the commercial leadership team and works
closely with our Founders, Chris, Wladislav, Alexander and Jan.
You’ll own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead
qualification to closing new customers. But more than that, you’ll
help build the GTM engine, and create repeatable processes that will
scale with us. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity,
relishes the idea of building from scratch, and is driven by results
and curiosity in equal measure. Tasks Your impact and tasks Own a
portfolio of high-potential prospects in the retail, DTC, and
e-commerce verticals Run a full-cycle sales process - including
outbound outreach, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close
Partner directly with founders to refine the sales strategy, pricing,
and messaging based on market feedback Collaborate with marketing to
develop targeted campaigns and with product to inform roadmap
priorities Help establish playbooks, tooling, and metrics for the
sales org as we scale Represent the voice of the customer internally
and be a trusted partner to prospects and clients alike Requirements
About you: You bring 3-7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a
fast-paced startup environment and a massive plus if you bring
experience selling to online retailers You have past experience with a
CRM to the likes of Hubspot or Salesforce... You speak German at a
native/bilingual level and English at a very advanced level. You are
naturally curious and thoughtful - you take the time to understand
your customers' businesses and tailor your approach Excellent
communicator who knows how to navigate complex sales cycles with
multiple stakeholders You have strong indicators of past excellence -
whether in your career, academics, side projects, or sports Benefits
