- this is for YOU! Tasks Drive sales performance and ensure
achievement of revenue targets through marketplace transactions.
Facilitate and oversee transactions on the marketplace to ensure
seamless trade between buyers and suppliers. Collaborate with both
buyers and suppliers to address any issues, inquiries, or challenges
that may arise during the trading process. Stay informed about market
trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to make informed trading
decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with both buyers
and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships. Address any concerns
or feedback from clients and work towards effective problem
resolution. Work closely with the Operations and Tech teams to provide
feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous
improvement initiatives. Requirements Commercially Driven: You love
building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning them into
revenue. You understand what drives growth and take pride in closing
deals that create real value. Analytical & Strategic: You use data and
insights to shape decisions, identify trends, and solve problems
creatively. Strong Communicator: Fluent in German and confident in
English, you can influence, negotiate, and collaborate effectively
with clients and colleagues. Adaptable & Resilient: You thrive in
fast-paced, evolving environments and stay focused under pressure.
Global Thinking : Understanding of international trade and supply
