- We're looking for our first sales person. Someone who will figure out
with us how we best sell, rather than just executing a pre-built
playbook. This isn't a role where you operate a finished system. You
build the system. Together with the founders, product team, and
customer success, you'll win our first customers, sharpen our
messaging, and lay the foundation for everyone who comes after you. If
you love the energy of early stage, want to sell a new product, and

What you'll do Manage the complete sales cycle: From first outreach
through demos and negotiations to close, then hand off smoothly to
customer success. Help shape our go-to-market strategy: Write the
sales playbook, develop messaging, test outreach approaches. Help
build our sales stack: CRM, automation, reporting. You'll help with
selection and implementation. Figure out what works: Try channels,
test audiences, iterate on messaging. Trial and error is part of it.
Really understand customers: No standard pitches. You have
conversations, understand problems, and show how our product helps.
Work with product and marketing: What you learn from customers flows
directly into roadmap and positioning. Document and learn: Keep the
pipeline clean, watch the numbers, capture learnings. How we measure
success You regularly hit your revenue and pipeline targets. A first
sales structure emerges that we can build on. Messaging, GTM strategy,
and tooling get measurably better through your input. You build strong
relationships with our first customers and within the team.
Requirements What you should bring Must have: Experience as an Account
Executive (or comparable) in B2B SaaS or tech sales You've run the
complete sales cycle before, from cold outreach to close You
understand consultative/value-based selling Fluent German and
excellent English (C1–C2) Curiosity and the ability to explain AI
products clearly Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce,
or desire to help build one from scratch Nice to have: You've been the
first sales person at a startup before You know frameworks like MEDDIC
or SPICED You're comfortable talking with technical audiences
