- **Join Emidat and help decarbonize the construction industry ** Emidat
is a ClimateTech software startup that helps building material
manufacturers create environmental data, such as LCAs, EPDs and DPPs,
and turn it into business value — enabling a climate-positive
construction industry. We're growing fast and are now looking for an
Account Executive (all genders) to accelerate our revenue engine and
build trusted relationships with customers across the DACH region.
Tasks Help Emidat drive revenue growth by consulting prospects from
first demo to closing and by fine-tuning our revenue engine to create
impact at scale. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor —
someone our customers rely on to navigate environmental data and
regulatory complexity in the building materials industry. You’ll be
supported by an experienced business development team and mentors from
companies like Personio, Sennder, Forto and TransferWise. In this high
growth environment, you have the opportunity to 2x/3x your market
value in 1-2 years — and actively contribute to transforming an
industry. **What you will work on ** ● Customer Pipeline
Development: Build and nurture our customer pipeline, from demo to
deal closing and maintaining long-term relationships with prospects.
● Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and fine-tune our go-to-market
strategy, ensuring alignment with our company objectives. ● Team
Building: Play a key role in building and growing the sales team
leading us to an annual 10x growth. ● Revenue Operations: Utilise
analytics to track and understand sales performance, identifying areas
for improvement and optimisation. Requirements We don’t expect
perfection, but we value curiosity, ownership and a willingness to
learn fast. **Skills & Experience ** ● 3+ years of experience in
sales, business development or growth roles (preferably B2B SaaS or
climate/sustainability). ● Strong communication skills - able to
explain complex concepts clearly. ● Structured, reliable and
organized - great at managing multiple opportunities. ●
Detail-oriented and precise - ensuring accuracy in contracts,
proposals and customer communication. ● A proven track record of
meeting or exceeding targets. ● Master’s degree or equivalent
academic background. ● Fluent in German and English (additional
