us in revolutionizing healthcare . Tasks As an Account Executive at
Sonia, you will drive revenue growth and build strong relationships
with healthcare professionals by: Managing the full sales cycle, from
prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new SMB customers.
Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers,
presenting tailored solutions, and delivering compelling product
demonstrations. Upselling to existing clients and identifying new
opportunities for additional value. Collaborating with sales
development representatives to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified
leads. Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine
sales strategies and achieve targets. Ensuring data accuracy in the
CRM system. Requirements We’re looking for a results-driven
individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal
candidate will possess: Required Qualifications: Proficiency in both
written and spoken German (C2 or native) and English (C1 minimum).
Proven track record of success in sales, ideally with 3+ years of
experience in SaaS or HealthTech. Exceptional communication and
presentation skills, with a strong ability to influence and persuade.
A results-oriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills. Strong
organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts
effectively. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: Experience using CRM tools
(HubSpot is a plus). Familiarity with healthcare systems or SaaS sales
cycles. Experience working with Enterprise customers. A Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Medicine, or a related field.
