- We are looking for an Account Executive Lead (all genders) for our
portfolio company Jungle. This role is a remote job within the Western
European time zone. Jungle develops and applies Artificial
Intelligence to increase the uptime and performance of renewable
energy assets and industrial machines. Built on existing sensors and
data streams, the company’s technology enables asset owners to
squeeze more out of their assets, accelerating the world’s
transition to renewable energy sources. We have productised our
services into a web application and are continuously improving it to
ensure that our best analyses and visualisations help our users get
the maximum energy and performance out of their assets. We operate at
a large scale - millions of data points per day - providing always-on
predictive models, alarms, and metrics visualisations for some of the
largest and most sophisticated customers in the global renewable
energy space. We are well-funded, proud to serve industries that are
fundamental to a Net Zero world , and are now looking for an Account
Executive Lead to build our sales engine. The Opportunity: This is a
unique opportunity. You are joining at the perfect 'sweet spot': The
product is proven, the funding is secured, the market is massive and
the playbook is yours to write. You aren't just joining a team; you
are building the sales engine! As a part of the Jungle Commercial
team, you apply a founder mindset to everything you do. You will own
the full sales cycle, end to end - from cold outreach to contract
negotiation, while collaborating directly with the CEO and Marketing
to shape the market narrative. Tasks **What You Will Do:**You are the
architect of our sales motion. Your day-to-day is a mix of commercial
strategy (30%) and relentless execution (70%): Orchestrate Complex
Deals: You will navigate multi-threaded sales cycles involving C-Level
executives, Asset Managers, and Technical teams. You know how to align
diverse stakeholders and drive consensus in different customer
settings. Define the "Hunt": You won't just follow a list; you will
build the strategy. You will identify high-potential accounts in Wind,
Solar, and Maritime, and execute creative outbound campaigns to break
into them. Translate Deeptech to Business Value: You will work closely
with our Solution Engineers and the Commercial team to turn complex
AI/ML capabilities into clear ROI business cases. You don't need to
code, but you need to be credible when talking to engineers and
technical stakeholders. Build the Playbook: As the AE lead, you are
writing the manual for the future team. You will document what works,
refine our pitch, and help structure our CRM processes so we can
scale. Be the "Eyes and Ears": You are the closest link to the market.
You will feed critical customer insights back to Product and Marketing
to ensure we are building and saying the right things. The Setup
(Revenue & Tech): You won’t be working in a silo. We are building a
unified Revenue Team where Sales and Marketing operate as one engine:
Modern GTM Stack: We believe in arming our team with the best. You
need to be comfortable using advanced sales tools and willing to
experiment with new workflows. We don't do manual grunt work if
software can do it better. The Partnership: Marketing is here to
provide air cover and build brand trust. However, in this phase, you
are the primary hunter. We will feed you leads when they come, but
your success will be defined by your ability to self-source.

Experience: 3+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience. A track
record of closing deals in Renewable Energy or Maritime is an
advantage. Hunter Mentality: You build your leads portfolio; you don't
wait for it. Tech Affinity: You are comfortable with modern GTM tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Sales Intelligence platforms, AI tools).
Communication: Advanced business English is required. Additional
