Stellenbeschreibung: Your tasks: As part of our strategic AI initiative, we are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Engineer who will drive the implementation of our first high-impact AI use cases. You will work closely with domain experts across our organization, build our internal AI stack, and deliver functional prototypes that bring real business value. This is a critical early-stage role with high visibility and the opportunity to shape how AI is used across the company. Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions based on identified use cases Set up and maintain our internal AI development environment (local or cloud-based) Collaborate closely with business units and domain experts to translate real-world problems into machine learning tasks Rapidly prototype solutions using structured and unstructured data Ensure high-quality documentation, versioning, and reproducibility of models and pipelines Interface with external AI partners or consultants, and manage the technical integration of third-party components Drive model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production or near-production environments Stay up to date with the latest developments in applied AI and help evaluate their potential for our business
