cross-border eCommerce, headquartered in Switzerland with subsidiaries
in Germany and Spain. With 95% of our business dedicated to customs
clearance, we are at the forefront of ensuring seamless global trade
operations. We are looking for an Office & Custom Assistant (m/w/d)
– 100% to join our team in Rheinfelden (Germany) . In this position
with a split focus, you will be responsible for a variety of office
tasks as well as handling customs-related responsibilities. If you are

What you will do : · Customs assistant (80%) Prepare and process
customs documentation and ensure compliance with international customs
regulations. Handle the preparation of export and import declarations,
ensuring all requirements are met. Coordinate with customs brokers and
authorities to ensure timely clearance of shipments. Monitor and track
shipments to ensure adherence to customs processes and deadlines. Keep
up to date with relevant customs regulations and provide support to
colleagues regarding customs-related matters. Assist in handling
customs audits and ensuring proper documentation is in place for
inspections. · Office assistant (20%) Manage daily administrative
tasks, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence.
Support office organization and supply management. Handle general
office communication and liaise with internal teams. What you will
need: Proven experience in an office administration or customs
assistant role. Strong knowledge of customs processes and
international shipping regulations. Proficient in MS Office and office
management software. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills in English and German (spoken and
written). Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation with
accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part
