We’re a close-knit team of eight people, all passionate about food innovation and strategic business development Aufgaben • Prospecting and developing your customer portfolio. • Providing technical and strategic support across several ingredient ranges. • Managing projects from A to Z — from the initial brief to product launch. • Acting as the interface with our international partners (technical, quality, R&D;). • Actively contributing to the company’s growth strategy. Profil • Graduate from a food engineering school (or equivalent master’s degree). • Strong interest in both technical aspects and commercial development. • Curious, structured, entrepreneurial mindset, with a taste for varied challenges. • Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable in both written and spoken German and English. • Ideally, you have experience with an ingredient distributor or supplier — but we remain open to a junior talent with great energy and initiative.
