As a Service Technician, you ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our wind turbines within a supportive, safety-focused team. Tasks Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on modern wind turbines Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults Implement technical improvements and reliability upgrades Complete accurate and timely digital work documentation Work collaboratively within a committed, safety-first service team Requirements Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or mechanical/industrial technician Some experience in wind energy or motivation for a technical career switch Comfortable working at heights and traveling when required Category B or BE driving licence Strong written and spoken German skills Experience with GE, Enercon, Nordex, or Vestas turbines is a plus Recognised vocational qualification for work in Germany Benefits Permanent contract with competitive pay (€17–27 per hour) 30 days’ annual leave supporting a healthy work-life balance Daily meal allowances (€28 overnight / €14 non‑overnight) Modern vehicles (Mercedes Sprinter) and digital tools (iPhone, iPad) Pension contributions and private health options Childcare allowance, bike leasing, and company fitness benefits Access to training budget, cross‑training and language courses Annual performance bonus (6–12 % of base salary) and profit participation Health management and full accident insurance coverage Full PPE kit plus annual clothing budget Closing This position is based regionally, supported by experienced technical managers and a collaborative service team.
