Product Owner (m/f/d) This is a remote role but you are welcome to join us at our Munich office Tasks Take end-to-end ownership of feature delivery, from early concepts to implementation, ensuring the team consistently delivers valuable outcomes to customer Ensure there is always a meaningful offer available to the customer, by maintaining a well-defined, prioritized backlog aligned with business goals Collaborate with the Product Manager, who defines the product roadmap and business priorities translating these into actionable plans for your scrum team Act as a delivery leader for your team, developing realistic plans based on capacity, clear prioritization, and defined milestones Manage cross-team dependencies in coordination with other Product Owners, supporting timely delivery and alignment across multiple teams Track progress and surface risks early, using agile frameworks and appropriate tools to ensure transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement Requirements 8+ years of hands-on experience in delivering complex, enterprise-level software as a Product Owner or Project Manager, with a demonstrated track record of meeting customer needs in time and quality in a scaled agile setup with several scrum teams Background in SW development, either Embedded or Mobile Solid understanding of Agile principles and proven strong methodological experience.
