Tasks As the Quality Engineer at CONROO, you’ll be part of our dynamic tech team, working hand-in-hand with developers to make sure all our products are reliable, high-performing, and secure. You’ll take ownership of our quality assurance processes enhancing and scaling them and bring automation to the next level. Your work will directly shape the trust our customers place in CONROO’s technology. QA Staretgy: Define and build our QA strategy, processes, and standards entirely from scratch. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with developers, product managers, and designers to embed quality into every stage of the development lifecycle. Automated Testing : Introduce and scale automated testing frameworks and tools that boost both reliability and efficiency. Testing & Team Support : Balance hands-on testing with enabling the team to take shared ownership of quality. Requirements Essential skills and experiences: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance Hands-on experience in setting up and executing Software Quality standards Experience in E2E test automation with tools like Cypress Strong understanding of QA metrics and strategies, with the ability to analyze results and drive continuous improvement Proficiency in Postman for API testing Experience with RESTful web services and WebSockets Personal values and beliefs: A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to work independently, take on a high level of responsibility, and a drive to make a meaningful impact A commitment to consistently raise standards by improving quality and efficiency in all aspects of work An independent, hands-on mindset with a 'never-stop-learning' attitude and a desire to grow alongside the team A strong sense of accountability, taking initiative to see tasks through to completion and proactively addressing challenges Benefits Gain invaluable insights into building a logistics tech start-up and enjoy the freedom to take ownership of your work in an autonomous environment that encourages and supports your growth.
