- Intro Join Tomorrow Biostasis as an Inbound Sales Representative in
Berlin! We're a pioneering biotech company specializing in human
cryopreservation, seeking someone to deliver exceptional member
experiences alongside our passionate team. This is a consultative
sales role focused on guiding prospects through their decision-making
process. You won't convince people that cryopreservation is right for
them, instead, you'll help interested prospects overcome
procrastination by providing tailored information and timely offers

3 Key Responsibilities: 1) Lead Management: Respond to all leads
within minutes and aggressively pursue engagement through multiple
channels by proactively messaging via WhatsApp, proposing calls,
following up persistently. Speed is critical: first to respond often
wins the conversion. Qualify leads as they enter the pipeline and go
the extra mile by researching prospects online to personalize your
approach. 2) Sales Approach Testing: Experiment with different sales
tactics and messaging (this is NOT a marketing role). Set up automated
sequences in the CRM, test various outreach methods across channels,
and constantly iterate based on results. The goal is to discover what
converts best in each market through rapid testing. 3) Sales Playbook
Development: Document what works and what doesn't to build a
comprehensive sales guide for future team members. Track successful
scripts, objection handling techniques, and conversion strategies.
This isn't just reporting; you're creating the foundation for scaling
our sales operation as you grow into leading this area. Requirements
Personality & Approach: Bold and proactive with aggressive pursuit of
conversions Naturally eloquent, energetic, and positive
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-management abilities
Creative, results-driven, and exceptionally open to new approaches
Hands-on mentality ready to tackle diverse projects daily Experience &
Skills: Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or
partnerships Strong copywriting abilities for crafting compelling
messages Excellent computer and tech skills (CRM systems, automation
tools, etc.) Experience in early-stage, high-innovation companies
(preferred but not required) Communication: Excellent English language
skills (written and verbal) Additional languages a plus: German,
French, Spanish, or Italian Outstanding interpersonal communication
abilities Additional Requirements: Data-driven approach to tracking
and improving performance Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Quick learner who can adapt strategies on the fly Must be willing to
relocate to Berlin (remote work not available) Benefits Financial
