Impact: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
and increase market share Build, lead, and scale a high-performing
sales team , fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture
Establish and manage relationships with DACH retail partners and key
accounts (both online and offline) Define sales targets , forecast
demand , and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent growth and
profitability Lead negotiations with logistics service providers and
merchandising agencies Strategically manage POS furniture , including
negotiations with manufacturers Collaborate closely with Marketing,
Product Development, and Supply Chain across the entire business value
chain Analyze market trends , customer insights , and competitor
activities to inform sales strategies Requirements What You Bring 3+
years of leadership experience in the sales area within the DACH FMCG
sector , ideally in the beauty/cosmetics industry 5+ years of
experience in Key Account Management in the DACH drugstore channel
Proven experience in developing Key Account and Sales Operations
Managers into senior professionals Entrepreneurial, hands-on mentality
with a passion for cross-functional collaboration Excellent
negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Strategic
thinker with a data-driven approach and experience in sales
forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis Proficiency in CRM
tools and sales analytics platforms Fluent in English and German ;
Polish is a strong plus Passion for beauty, skincare, or personal care
products , with a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the
